Consultations Free cancellation/rescheduling until [X hours] before the slot. Late cancellation or no-show may attract [AMOUNT/PERCENTAGE], except documented emergency or provider cancellation. If the doctor cancels and no acceptable alternative is provided, the consultation fee will be refunded.

Teleconsultation technical failure If the consultation cannot materially occur because of platform/provider failure, offer rescheduling or refund. If the patient’s connectivity fails after reasonable attempts, apply the disclosed rescheduling rule fairly.

Laboratory Refund an unperformed test according to the partner terms, deducting only disclosed and lawful collection/logistics costs actually incurred. No refund is ordinarily due after sample processing has begun unless service is deficient or law requires.

Medicines Before dispatch, cancellation is subject to pharmacist processing status. After delivery, medicines are ordinarily non-returnable for safety reasons except wrong, damaged, expired, recalled, counterfeit/suspected spurious, temperature-compromised or otherwise legally returnable goods.

Delivery Refund delivery fees where delivery is not attempted because of seller fault. Reattempt charges, if any, must be disclosed.

Memberships State the billing cycle, inclusions, auto-renewal mechanism, cancellation date, unused-benefit treatment and refund formula. Do not use hidden renewal.

Method and time Approved refunds will be sent to the original method where possible within [5–10] business days after approval, subject to payment-provider timelines.
