Important notes

JMR Care & Cure is the nodal service provider: services are delivered through partner hospitals, labs and providers with whom we have agreements. The partner list is on this website.

Monthly medicines (any age — no age restriction): place your request between the 1st–5th or the 15th–20th of the month, and it is delivered within the next 3 days. Urgent one-off orders are always welcome any day.

Please register with JMR Care & Cure to use our facilities — only minimal details such as your phone number and address are needed.

Pathology tests: the sample is collected from your home.

Radiology tests (X-ray, scans): you will be requested to visit our partner centre.

Medical equipment on rent (bed, oxygen concentrator, wheelchair, suction machine, nebuliser and more) is subject to availability at the centre, against a security deposit — refunded when the equipment is returned in the condition it was rented out.

Doctors' appointments can be fixed in advance. If the doctor becomes unavailable, the appointment is rescheduled with your consent.

Medicines are dispensed by Renu Medicare Pharma, our licensed pharmacy — delivered to your door or over the counter. Payment is by cash or UPI on delivery.

JMR Care & Cure is neither a hospital nor a health centre — it provides support services only. In an emergency, call 108 / 112 and go to the nearest hospital.
